Indy is well ahead of Houston in the Vegas ranks and Houston is getting around 3 points for homefield advantage. The line is about right.
To me, this is play on Andrew Luck (who has been unstoppable the last few weeks) and against Ryan Fitzpatrick who is playing an improving Colts D coming off a draining loss to their instate rival.
I'm fully aware the public will be on Indy, and the pros will be on the Texans.
Sometimes the public is right.
