Love that you are making this personal. Everything I've posted has been based on case law.
Please back up your assertion that I am posting "tripe" simply because you disagree with it. I don't agree with every court decision but I abid by them.

Not personal at all, but I've seen enough to know under which guise police violate a citizens rights.
If that doesn't apply to you then bravo. But my statement on the lack of trust and support from John Q Citizen due to the constant barrage of abuses from money grabs to unlawful searches and dogs giving silent signals while walking around a vehicle.
The tactics police use now often times are as dubious as criminals.
