It varies obviously but hopefully just bed rest and some BP meds for your wife.
I've seen a few young (i'm talking 19 and 20 y/o) get preeclampsia and then have devastating strokes, so it can be dangerous. Of course, these patients didn't get medical attention they needed so they are very different from your wife.
She should be fine. Good luck!
