So it's Uber fault she didn't see the LARGE NOTICE of surge pricing prior to requesting the ride?
Is it Uber's fault that she didn't use the "how much will my ride cost" estimate that is one click away prior from requesting Uber?

never used uber but this sounds alot like price gouging.
what justification does uber have for this? gas suddenly quintuple in price after the concert?
