I'm not ready to give up on Grimes yet, but he certainly has disappointed me as a coach thus far. And, yes, Kevin does not have a lot of coaching experience, but he played in the NFL for 16 seasons
. The guy is a specialist. It doesn't surprise me that he was the 2nd most attractive applicant. He certainly could do the job. Again, I'm not ready to give up on Grimes yet.
