"Agree, they can even make festivals out of them. Sell beer and food tickets, have live music. Win win"
As terrible as it sounds, this might be the only way to actually deter crime in the city. The problem with these kids is that they only think about right now and never give a thought about tomorrow. Hang a few of them/put a bullet in their head in the middle of the neighborhood and they might get the message. People with no respect for human life don't deserve to live themselves.

How does that work when they already live that in their daily lives?
That's a very lazy solution sir.
