ou can actually play along, launch the event viewer and read them your actual errors if you want. I've heard that if you get that far and they think you're a live one, they actually call a supervisor over and you can waste some of his time, too.
I've just been reading a website about "Win+R calls" from India and it's pretty informative. Apparently it's a very widespread scam.

Here's what happens:

They get you to download TeamViewer and remotely access your computer and then, they make you go to PayPal and pay their "fees". if not, they will delete your personal files and infect your PC with viruses. Sick bastards!
The last couple of times they called me, I was at work and couldn't play along. Just said "fricking scammers" and hung up on them.
