Honestly? I'd be perfectly happy to watch an LSU game in Tiger Stadium with far less than are currently there now, because far too many are there for no other reason than to scream and bitch at players and coaches... But the team plays better in a packed and loud house...so I'd prefer the place to be full for that reason alone.
But again...this is only the case for the real reason we get together on Saturdays. If I was on campus for the atmosphere outside the stadium moreso than the one inside it, I'd agree with you. I'm not, so I don't.
