Miles is now in the twilight of his career here at LSU. The next 5-7 years will be a slow, Fulmeresque decline although not as precipitous. As Miles gets older and LSU's fortunes erode, he will not be considered an attractive coaching candidate for another school. The dynamics of the SEC and especially the West have changed. We had a good 15 year run.

The dynamics of recruiting for LSU have changed dramatically in the past 2-3 years, and not in our favor

That's pretty much the whole fricking deal for us too, because we sure as hell ain't outcoaching anybody
