I don't know where he ranks all time, but he's one of the best ever IMO. I don't know if that's top 5, top 10, top 20, but he's a damn good coach.
Going into last nights game, if you take away ties, Kansas State without Snyder was 316-530 which is approx. 37% winning pct.
With Snyder they were 180-90 which is approx. 67% winning pct.
Pretty impressive to me.

He might be a better motivator than program builder. They were pretty bad under Ron Price
