Yup, it's everywhere. I noticed it last year, and it gradually made its way down to LA. Sucks.

Yeah, I've always hated that...if you're talking about those sun dress things while wearing boots. Always thought it looked stupid and unattractive, but that was HUGE for several years. I think it's slowly fading out thankfully, although it's being replaced by the mom shorts thing, which is way worse IMO.
