You guys are unbelievable with your gun rights. It's as if you deny that they are weapons at all.
Let's take an extreme case: Someone is convicted of being reckless with a gun. Basically shooting at things on his front yard... do you think he should just get his gun back after he serves a month in jail? How about the second time?
A murderer? Oh, here's your gun back. Would you like to apply for a concealed carry permit?
But I guess once they are out of jail then all of their rights are restored right? Do you think that people convicted of accepting bribes or embezzlement should be able to get a job in the tax office? Should people with multiple counts of voter fraud get to vote? Should candidates who rig elections get to run again?
