Yes. It is on the front of the shirt. Why do you think Nike only wants their brand worn? It's advertising them on a personal level.
His five four clothing shirt is the same thing. I had never heard of five four clothing until I saw it on this guy and looked them up.

You can't seem to grasp the fact that the Nike brand issue you are referring to only applies on the field. The rule being cited for RGIII has nothing to do with Nike. Or brand names.
