I just looked through the paper work, there's nothing about a Spot Delivery.
I signed the papers agreeing to a specific price, term, and interest rate. Everything is clearly defined.

It'll say "conditional delivery" at the top of the form. The Buyer's Order you signed may also have the language on there.

Look closer. Not a dealership in the country would send you home without signing a spot delivery form.
