Houses and yards are way to small for the price. PPsqft is ridiculous, HOA is a PIA, and little amenities.
We passed hard after looking at a few houses there.
Go across to Jamestown, much nicer.

I’ve lived in Jamestown and Woodridge.
Woodridge is 100x better
Jamestown is an Alvarez construction neighborhood. All of the houses are poor construction and you can tell when you live there.
In my opinion Woodridge is one of the best neighborhoods in that area and price point.
