I actually somewhat agree with you. Funerals are just awkward and silly IMO. At the least typical funerals that most people undertake in funeral homes. You have some preacher that doesn't know anything about the deceased person spouting off nonsense that doesn't really resonate with anyone. At least that's how I feel when I'm at them, and I was at 2 funerals this past year for 2 different grandparents. Such a waste of money.
