We use ours about 8-15 times a year.
Had a 5th wheel toyhauler, but it was just too damn big and was a pain in the arse to get into tight parking areas. I traded it on a class C RV and have been much happier with it. Plus it's nice for the kids to be able to watch tv and use the bathroom etc. while driving.
