re: RV Owners - How Often Do You Use Them?

We use ours about twice a month and every weekend that we don't use it my wife and I are usually itching to go somewhere (sometimes it gets the best of us and we pack up and just go somewhere at the last minute). We also have family members and friends that have property that we are able to bring our second home with us and spend the weekend (it has been great for holidays and not having to drive home after our annual Christmas party).
We have a few family members and friends that also have RV's so it makes it fun when we can plan a trip together. We have also made a lot of friends that like to camp like we do and have children the same age as ours, so we plan trips together and it's great all around.
The MSPR on RV's are worse than vehicles in my opinion, find the model you are interested in and do some research. The MSRP on my first travel trailer was 30k+ but I was able to buy it for $23,900. You can get a decent travel trailer for that price, you just have to look and keep an open mind. I would spend a couple of weeks looking before actually buying one, so you can get an idea of what you can get for your money.
