Tupac was very deep and his lyrics were very poetic and flow smooth. I know a lot of poster on here won't understand them at all but as far as rap goes, Tupac was probably as best you will get. Biggie was great as well, just not that poetic.

I prefer Biggie b/c I don't think rap marries well with "poetic". I like blunt and realistic yet still intelligent. I kind of like Rick Ross as well but wish he'd be less materialistic and rap about meaningful things.
