I've been to Ole Miss and Arkansas. Both had bad traffic. We just relax, have a beer and listen to the radio. I can't figure out where everybody needs to go that late so fast. Just to many people to move out at once.

At other stadiums, the tailgate part continues for awhile AFTER the game. It isn't like you have to pack up and leave at 10pm, is it? Also, 90,000+ people aren't tailgating anyway. Most of these folks are people who just want to get on the road.

I wonder if a lot of LSU fans who come to games and leave early (this is especially true for night games) are driving a couple of hours to the game? Maybe they don't want to get back to Monroe or Lake Charles at 2am?

Part of me thinks, though, why even bother coming, if that is the attitude? I am just worried that "Saturday Night in Death Valley" is dying unless it is an Alabama game. And, that is a shame.

Games in Tiger Stadium used to start at 8pm and the stadium would be full until the end. Now, not so much, and the games start at 6pm or 7pm.
