Just have you Doc, call in a Z-pack, again, and add a Medrol does pack. Then, get in and get an xray when you can..

Suffered from sinus issues for years. Those led to major chest issues and finally pneumonia. Had sinus surgery to correct deviated septum along with clearing "windows" in my sinus cavities . had bad allergies every spring/summer.

Better now however the last bout of allergies attacking me liked to kill me. Literally. Cough, cough, cough. Lack of breath. Congestion and the like. Went to a different doc, had two courses of prednisone to knock it out. Turns out I am more asthmatic than I originally thought. On a symbacort inhaler and that has worked wonders. Also going through allergy testing to dial in what plagues me so I can take shots.

Things change over time, you may be developing asthma and not know it. Like others said, get the chest X-ray see what it shows. Good luck.
