I am just saying thats a lot of house, boat slip, no utilities to pay at all, cleaning service included, meals included, laundry included, yardwork included and more. If you add it all up its not THAT bad. $2500 would be a steal, $3500 maybe. ETA: Keep in mind I don't know the area, I am just guessing it is pretty decent.
