I agree, the video evidence magnifies it by 1000. That panthers defender beat his GF and threatened to kill her during the offseason and he didn't get any real punishment from the NFL. NFL only cares of it will affect their pocketbook, if it isn't on tape the pedestrian fan does not care.

There could be physical evidence from a rape kit, that could prove to be just as damning as video evidence.
