Honestly, I understand the excitement of Nola, but I'm not sure I'd stay there Friday. The longer drive you have on Saturday, the less time you have tailgating.
Also not sure how good Nola is to people under 21. If y'all have good fake ID's it's a blast, but otherwise, not a lot of options. I'd probably do Nola on Thursday, then go to BR for some Tigerland Friday night.
But that's just my opinion, man.

Agree 100%.
Parking will become an issue after 10 a.m. I'm saying that to let you know that the fun starts early, not to scare you about parking.
And I disagree with others about wearing LSU gear. Where the BG gear and get an LSU hat or something.
LSU fans are very proud of their tailgating and hospitality and will love to hear your story. They will adopt you big time.
Hmmm. I should buy myself a University of Montana shirt and make up a story!
