No, what I believe is this is a far more complicated situation than many here want to believe. I'm not certain there is some "alliance" in the works between the Cartels and ISIS. But on the other hand I see there is evidence that it's POSSIBLE and we'd be foolish to just discount that it could be happening.

The bottom line of this is that immigration politics has muddied the waters of this subject. You've got conservatives in politics and the media sounding the alarm bells, which could be valid. They want to secure the border to prevent ISIS from using it to get to us. But on the other hand you've got leftists and liberals in politics and the media saying there's nothing to see here and accusing the right of playing politics. But they are playing the same game themselves. They want to keep the border open to allow the flow if illegal immigrants to continue. That's what lays a the bottom of this whole issue.
