no specifically, obviously if there was anything outside the standard of care then the doctor should be liable. however, the procedure she was having done is extremely low risk so i highly doubt there was any malpractice.
so much of medicine now is doing everything imaginable to cya and even then you're not safe from people looking for a free pay day or someone to lay blame on
