It's not easy to do, but a gallon of water and 325 mg of aspirin usually does the trick in 30 minutes.
For a severe hangover with nausea, 2 liters of NS, 8 mg of Zofran, and 100 mg thiamine IV is the best cure (and free if you know people in the medical profession.)

That much water will irritate your stomach even more. It will also dilute your electrolytes causing even worse cramping
