Pho - extra jalapenos, siracha, and basil.
The broth is chock full of fat and nutrients from bone marrow, bones, and vegetables. The beef contains plenty of b vitamins and iron for an energy boost. The spiciness will clear your sinuses and stimulate your adrenaline.
Basil, sprouts, and jalapenos also have vitamins and minerals conducive to boosting your immune system.
Further, most Vietnamese restaurants have very good hot tea, which would be an excellent end to your meal and provide antioxidants.
Finally, I suggest finish with a big handful of fresh blueberries and some extra dark (think 60+%) chocolate. But don't eat too much chocolate too late as the caffeine could interrupt your sleep.
ALWAYS knocks out the oncoming colds for me.
