Game looked a bit fast for him and kind of seemed like he was pressing. These next 2 games should do wonders for his confidence. Let him find the endzone that 1st time.

No way the kid could live up to the sky high expectations placed on him what with all this "Buga Nation" and "6 Heisman" BS some you stupid fricks have been spouting off for weeks in advance of this game.

He'll be fine once he finds his comfort zone...some home cooking in TS next weekend should b just the ticket!

LSU got down 24-7, and Wiscosin's defense was beating blocks and filling hard vs the run, they were just mugging the run, daring LSU to pass. LSU didnt really have any big runs till late, when they were running out of more 3wr sets and were holding their blocks. They had to play the senior in that spot because there was zero margin for error. I thought he looked good, that was just tough sledding for any rb early on, Magee avgd 7 ypc last year and was getting stoned at the LOS. The great thing about Fournette is that you can tell LSU wants to feature him in the passing game, he even stayed on thr field for a few third downs, when lsu was trailing, that is amazing for a true freshman rb.
