re: Israel appropriates more West Bank land for probable settlements

Where does religion come into play in the Yinon Plan? I was under the impression that Zionism was based on religious principles. And when did any organization of Israelis, or Jews, formally adopt this plan? It appears to be nothing more than one man's vision in the form of an essay. How is Yinon's vision more of an issue than that of the Muslim Brotherhood?

And anyone who reads that document today will realize just how inaccurate Mr. Yinon's perception of the world was. He whiffed completely on the transformations in the Soviet Union and China. He came up way short on the Earth's resources, and their ability to satisfy a growing population.
