All the idiots on this site who recommended staying at a downtown hotel and using the "easy/convenient" light rail should be punched in the face. I heard it was a colossal nightmare after the game.

So they should be punched in the face for something you didn't even experience.

My parents had no problem with it after the game, neither did the other 9 people staying with us. They beat us home and we had a ride lined up before.

Downtown Houston >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Reliant area.

Downtown is closer to midtown. Midtown was incredible on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

If you're suggesting you were better off staying downtown for this game, I challenge to take a poll of all those people who followed the advise of the people in question and you may find out otherwise. As I expected, that metrorail turned out to be a cluster F$$. God bless your parents, but they must have left early or real late.
