when baton rouge is the 4th largest city in america, i'll say that.
notice how i compared cities with similar metropolitan populations as Baton Rouge, dumbass.

Traffic is still backed up at Denham in the morning and gets better once you cross the amite, just like before.
Traffic still backs up at Airline in the afternoon, and clears up after Oneal, just like before.

Eh, you still had a stoppage at O'Neal. The traffic in that part is flowing pretty well. I would like to see another highway in the long run though.
