How is it probable? Given that the scenarios are endless, if the war were to end in a fashion preserving the Nazi state, as you demand as a premise, one of the most realistic options would involve diplomatic successes leading to a peaceful resolution with Britain and France. Thus the US would have zero role in the war or its resolution. Just like most Americans wanted leading up to American entry.
The Germans and Zionists had already worked together in the early 30's to move Jews out of Germany and into Palestine. The Madagascar Plan and others were routinely discussed and viewed as ideal by the Nazis to rid Europe of Jews and in a way in which some Jews may even be enthusiastic about.
