The Libertine.

The executive chef Josh Galliano has been in the running for a Beard award multiple times and is from right here in South Louisiana. I've known this kid a LONG time and even before he went to culinary school and did his stints at Commander's and Restaurant Daniel, he knew how to cook and he just got better.
