I am not sure if it counts as fine dining, but "The Grill" in Baton Rouge was pretty terrible. Incredibly expensive, service was slow (1 hour between appetizers and main course), food was terrible.
Wifey order seared scallops in a pasta. They brought out the pasta first and then about 10 minutes later, the scallops on a side plate.
If "The Grill" doesn't count as fine dining, then I'll go with 18 steakhouse at L'Auberge. We went there on Christmas Eve (possible cause). The service was terrible, the steak with 60% fat, the prices were high.
For example, our appetizer plate was on the table all the way through dessert. Strange. My ribeye was so fatty I only ate about 1/2 of it.
