I'm pretty sure this has been on the market for at least a year. Times are hard in Music City.

Now that I look at the news article, yes its been a year.
About as long as I've been watching and gawking at property around Franklin, Tn and this just came up on realtor.com within the past few weeks. I also look at Hot Springs (one of the few Arkansas counties that are not dry), Baton Rouge (southeast Louisiana), east Tennessee, and any other places I read about in the news or happen to catch on the odd HGTV-there's-nothing-on-tv-dammit show.
Realtor.com gives a pretty good glimpse into what an area is really like.
