it is a lot more anonymous than regular social media...and I think it would be tough to check out someone's post history if they were just applying for a job...

now, a good number of folks have posted inappropriately here and had their job/life affected after someone figured out who they were....

moral of the story is, when you do some stupid shite online, the risk remains long after you forget about it...
