Don't know if that is the case, but it surely opens the door to those who would be inclined to believe it to be.

The physical evidence will not change. Location of casings relative to the officer's position and Brown's, stippling on Brown's clothes and cap, evidence in the police vehicle, and on the officers gun, injuries sustained by the officer, autopsy results, etc. are what they are. No reason not to release it.

The fact they have chosen not to, looks terrible.
