When we sense it is happening at any time, why don't we all agree to avoid it now?
And when I say "it," I mean bring inappropriate biases to bear on prosecutions. I don't know what you mean by empathize with their race.

It does seem that some folks get offended whenever Obama and Holder express empathy for Black folks. Ironically, many folks here, including myself, applaud Rand Paul when he tries to empathize with Black folks. Would Obama or Holder have gotten the same applause if they had penned Rand Paul's recent TIME article?
