We like either chicken or steak fajitas with mission low carb tortillas. I think total with all the fixings it comes out to 7 or 8 usable net carbs.
Any kind of meat grilled. You can look up some pretty good sauces... My favorite is an Alfredo sauce made from cheese and heavy cream, add fresh spinach and some artichokes and serve over grilled chicken. Just google low carb Alfredo sauce.
We also like chicken salad on those same tortillas. Just make sure to use regular mayo as it has fewer carbs than light.
And if you really have to have some kind of buns or biscuits, carbquik is good. It makes a decent biscuit for 2 useable carbs each. Not my favorite obviously, but works in a pinch. We order with amazon prime, and it is kind of expensive, but worth it when cravings kick in. There are a ton of recipes... Trying the yeast rolls later today.
I hate them, but my husband loves pork rinds, and for variety he'll get some kind of dip, like ranch or French onion. The dips have very few carbs and pork rinds are 0.
Microwave pepperoni for a crunchy chip substitute.
If we don't have a lot of time for dinner, our go to is Oscar Meyer beef hotdogs (1 carb each) with chili, onions, and cheese on top, with like a side salad and ranch. Speaking of chili, that's another great meal idea. Just be careful and don't add too many tomatoes... But very low carb if you do it right.

pork and cabbage is a good low carb meal
why does one have to be careful about not adding to many tomatoes in the chili?

I went check out of curiosity and low fat has 1carb compared to zero in regular. Not much difference
