The big thing is what do you plan on doing if you find out you have a UCL tear. If you don't have any pain and are able to do most activities, though probably won't be able to lift super heavy without pain or reflaring it up, are you gonna do surgery? Then why do you need the MRI to confirm what he and you likely already know? No need to waste time with imaging if you won't be doing anything about it or if the degree of injury will significantly alter your quality of life without some kind of intervention.
