What? Majority of money coming in for Grimes is from outside Kentucky. Also, Mitch was over 5 points behind several months ago and now has erased it. Mitch has not gotten nasty yet to paint Alison as anti-coal. Mitch will win.

What does it matter where the money comes from? Is it not there for her to use? You can't say.. "that money doesn't count because it's outside money".
What matters is Mitch should not even be running this close at a time when Obama has his lowest rating.
