Jump inside 610 and check out Highland Village. Nice place to stroll around and Sprinkles is good if you havent had them before (gourmet? cupcakes). Also just drive up and down Westheimer West of The Galleria. Tons of good spots along there for food. Lots of variety too as far a cuisine.
