The guy did it all intentionally. He wanted his death to be celebrated like Brown's IMHO. This is what the media causes when they hype up and glorify suicides and other deaths. Disturbed individuals who copy cat for attention.

I like that theory. Apparently this happened just four miles away from where Brown was shot.
Just like some killers commit or copy murders for fame, maybe some choose to be victims for fame's sake as well.
