Manziel self-admittedly doesn't know the offense well enough yet.
Cousins is probably only slightly behind RGIII, but RGIII is the current face of the franchise and they won't bench him unless he sucks. Last year he wasn't healthy, so that doesn't count against him.

RGSheet just isn't good
The reason him and Kapernick had good 2012 seasons was becuase of the read option... but guess what, NFL defenses don't take long to adjust... and in 2013 Kapernick has a bad year and so does RGSheet
Neither RG3 or Kapernick are good, their main gimmick that opened up their offense, the read option, isn't as effective anymore so they have been exposed
