bananas are great as are blueberrys

i would recommend a milkshake in am and before he goes to bed or post workout. those post work drinks are great too filled with amino etc but buy them wholesale online by the case.

I made a chocolate malt like beverage with raw eggs and protein powder with a banana. I went from a skinny 150 pound weakling to a 185 lb beast I did Bench way over 300lbs though so I got strength and speed but never could gain much weight. Wish that lasted.
