Tossup between Weird Science and 16 Candles. Also a shout out to Last American Virgin.
I agree with the others about Fast Times. It is more of a transitional movie between 70's & 80s. It has a little bit of both.

I think Weird Science beats 16 Candles because it had the computer aspect.
Early promise of computers and hacking.
Everyone had totally 80's hair in this movie.
The over-the-top 80's clothes/hair/attitude by Downey Jr., etc... LINK
The cars, the music...it's like an Ad for the 80's - from the viewpoint of a teenager growing up in it.
