So a bankrupt state is going to give more tax breaks just to keep movies from being filmed elsewhere? Just dumb. Especially if you bbelieve the idiots who thinks it serves no purpose in Louisiana and we are losing money....which is it idiots?

California is not "bankrupt".

It depends on what their "credit" system looks like. If it's actually just a thinly-disguised rebate subsidy like Louisiana, then yes, they are stupid.

If the subsidy is smart for Louisiana, then logic dictates that it would be smart for California, too.
