At first I thought that was a bad idea until I played one. The last thing you want is to get stuck with some scrubs who will bounce at the first sign of difficulty and (or) do not play cooperatively by not doing things like sticking together, securing a side in combat or laying down cover/distraction fire on enemies to allow your other member to make a run to revive someone.

The heroic strikes are not easy so the last thing you want is to play with a bunch of chumps who don't have the fortitude to grind it out and press on at all costs. Be Brave or don't play.
