Currently, new orders, modified orders and cancelled orders are not displaying properly once entered. This is only a display issue. Orders are executing in a timely manner. If you receive an order ID, the order has been received even if it does not immediately display. Please use caution to ensure you are not entering duplicate orders. Please note if you contact your branch office with questions, you may experience longer than usual hold times.

Just logged in and got this:
Site access and trading have been restored for all clients. If you entered, modified or cancelled an order on Tuesday, Aug. 12 and received an order ID, your order should be displaying properly in your account. A small number of other orders are still being processed and will be posted to accounts as they are completed.
